The Little Blue Cabin on Hood Canal
A modern retreat with an old-world soul
Nestled on 120 feet of low-bank waterfront, The Little Blue Cabin sits just steps from Hood Canal with sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains. Built in 2020 and inspired by the simple beach cabins of the 1930s, this 1,850 sq. ft. home blends peaceful nostalgia with every modern luxury. Sleeping up to five, it offers the perfect escape into stillness, nature, and beauty.
Nostalgia with every modern luxury...
Inside, walls of windows fill the main floor with natural light. Enjoy a Bosch kitchen, radiant heated concrete floors, a cozy propane fireplace, 10-foot ceilings, an oversized Dutch door, an outdoor shower, and a cedar-lined reading nook tucked beneath the stairs.
Upstairs you’ll find a serene primary suite with its own fireplace, full bath with separate tub and shower, and generous closets, plus a charming bunk room and an additional bath.
The cabin is fully furnished with thoughtful, luxurious touches throughout.
Outside Activities
Outside, the rhythm of Hood Canal life sets the pace: morning coffee as fish jump and eagles glide overhead… long days spent crabbing, paddling, hiking, or simply beachcombing for treasures… evenings gathered around a bonfire with oysters from the shore as the sun sinks behind the mountains.
Each season brings its own magic — spring foxgloves, summer swims, autumn chanterelles, winter quiet.
